With nearly 30 years in the building industry, Alan Chappell has worked in many aspects of his field. From sub contract management to purchasing and estimating and everything in between, Alan is ready to put his years of experience to work for you.
For the past 29 years Alan has been blessed to call St. Augustine his home and with the support of his wife Tracy, a St. Augustine native, and two sons Daniel and Izik, Alan obtained his State Certified Contractors License and founded TLC Home St. Augustine, LLC, a construction company specializing in custom home building and home renovations.
